Individualised education for young people taking a different route through learning.
Service Description
Individualised education for young people taking a different route through learning. PASSAGE provides flexible, personalised education for young people who are unable to access, or are not currently thriving within, a conventional school setting. Designed around the individual rather than a standard timetable or programme, PASSAGE can combine personalised tuition, specialist mentoring, life skills and personal development to create an education experience that is purposeful, engaging and appropriate to the young person's circumstances. Provision may support young people accessing EOTAS, Section 19 or alternative education arrangements, including those learning outside their local area or as part of a wider bespoke package. We work alongside families, carers, schools, local authorities and other professionals where appropriate, helping to provide consistency, maintain engagement and ensure that education continues to move forward. PASSAGE may include: Personalised academic tuition Specialist mentoring and SEMH-informed support Life skills and personal development Support with engagement, confidence and motivation Individual learning goals and progress monitoring Regular reporting and review Liaison with education, care and other professionals where commissioned Support with transitions and next steps Every PASSAGE programme is individually designed around the young person, the outcomes being worked towards and the wider provision already in place. Suitable for: Young people accessing EOTAS, Section 19, alternative or bespoke education arrangements, and those who need a more individualised route through education.
